RULES OF PANNA-FOOTBALL
Panna is a deliberate kick of the ball between an opponent's legs. At the discretion of the tournament organisers, panning can be counted in two different ways: with or without the attacking player retaining control of the ball. Retaining control of the ball means that the attacking player who performed the panna must be the first to touch the ball, or the ball must enter the goal. A panna can be performed in any direction: forward, backward, or sideways. The position of the defending player's feet is irrelevant (one foot may be in front of the other). During the shot, it is permitted to touch the opponent's feet or the sides of the court.
PANNA IN 1x1 FORMAT
1. The game is played one-on-one.
2. At the start of the game, players stand back to back and hold the ball between them. At the referee's signal, the players turn around and start the game.
3. The total duration of the game is 3 minutes of ‘dirty’ time.
4. Goals are only counted if the shot was taken from the opponent's half of the field.
5. The player who scored the goal must return to their half of the field.
6. After three minutes, the winner is determined by the highest number of goals.
7. A panna performed on an opponent is a clear victory. After a panna, a knockout is announced and the game is stopped.
8. The game is played face to face. The player in possession of the ball must attack the opponent's goal or create opportunities for a panna shot. It is strictly forbidden to ‘dry’ the game. If no attacking actions are taken within 10 seconds, the ball passes to the defending player.
9. In the event of a foul, the referee passes the ball to the opponent after both players have taken their places near their goals.
10. In the event of particularly harsh fouls, as well as repeated violations of the rules, the referee has the right to punish the offending side with a goal.
SCORING: participation in the tournament - 1 point, match won - 3 points, penalty shootout win - 4 points, match for 3rd place - 1 point for a win and 2 points for a penalty shootout win. If the points are equal, the players are ranked alphabetically.
